The Pavilion Restaurant is located in the Pavilion of the new Las Caras de Mexico Golf Course at La Ventana del Mar. The Pavilion currently serves a number of purposes including the main venue for golf course related services including the temporary clubhouse for the new Las Caras de Mexico golf course. So much has been written about the golf course that little attention has been given to the new restaurant. The Pavilion Restaurant recently opened providing a new level of cuisine not found elsewhere in the San Felipe area. The Pavilion Restaurant offers world class cuisine with renowned Chef Martin Colman. The menu specializes in Escoffiers. The Pavilion Restaurant has a highly trained staff . Lead by master Chef Colman, who has 30+ years of experience, prepares dishes that rival cuisine offered in the finest restaurants in L.A., Las Vegas or New York. Some menu items include Pacific Ahi Tuna Sashimi, Sesame Soy Glaze, Tournedos Tartare, Walnut Encrusted Rack of Lamb in a Roasted Fig and Apricot Glaze, or Champagne Poached Scallops Topped with Shrimp.
