Rocky Point Rally

Every year, the rally takes place the weekend after Veteran's day. Classic and luxury motorcycles owners, ride their motorcycles over the streets of the port. A celebration for motorcycles lovers with visitors from all over the world.

The long weekend events have multiple options for all, there are fiestas going on, day and night at the old port, Calle 13, hotels and at the registration area, bike show, and parade! For more information on events, click here. 

Driving Distance :

Rocky Point is close from the border and short distance ride from Arizona and California crossings. 

From either Phoenix or Tucson, AZ  –  approximately  4 hours  (one hour from the AZ border Lukeville/Sonoyta crossing)

From San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora (south of Yuma, AZ) – approximately 3.5 hrs

From San Diego, Ca – approximately 6 hours

Mexican Insurance

You will need Mexican insurance coverage for your bike. Even if your domestic policy has a Mexico insurance endorsement, please be adviced that Mexico does not recognize foreign insurance, and it is required by law. We offer a special motorcycle Mexican insurance policy, including medical expenses, roadside assistance and special equipment and gear.

There is a helmet law in Mexico, however, during rally days authorities are lenient. If you plan to party or drink, you can take a taxi, or walk to the events if you are in one of the hotels in Calle 13. 

You need a passport and a Mexican Insurance Policy.
